Insect cages, which are the roots of Suruga bamboo craftwork.
Insert the bamboo strips on one side, then flip them over and use tweezers to hook and insert the remaining strips. Insert the opening to complete the cage. The round insect cage is cute as an object d'art or as a lantern by placing a small LED light inside.
