Create your own unique item while listening to a story from a Suruga bamboo craftsman. You'll learn techniques such as "kujiki," "higohiki," and "higomage"—methods not typically included in regular workshops—for creating round bamboo strips. You can use your own creations to make chopstick rests or add beads to create accessories. The workshop, combining storytelling and hands-on experience, will broaden your knowledge of Suruga bamboo craftsmanship and is enjoyable for children and adults alike.
